This is an attractive and uncommon small map of the Americas, which delineates political divisions. While there is very little detail, there is a very nice presentation of the huge Mer de l'Ouest and the Archipel S. Lazare appears at the entrance to a possible Northwest Passage. A portion of the New Zealand's coastline is shown along with many islands in the South Pacific.
