An unusual world map that shows California as an island and a rudimentary form of Australia. Tucked into the cusps of the double hemisphere map is a very inventive depiction of the earth as it would be seen from space if the oceans were drained. Allegorical female representations of the four continents with their animal escorts are arrayed at the bottom of the map.
