This colorful pictorial map by Ruth Taylor White is clearly focused on the tourism industry in the state. Among the many illustrations are Ponce de Leon off the northern coast, sponge gardens in the Gulf of Mexico west of Tampa, and numerous fishermen and cruise ships along the coastline. At bottom left there is an inset of the panhandle that "fits on to the wiggly line in the N.W. corner!"
