This attractive late 19th century geography contains 14 color maps, including 10 double-page maps featuring a very colorful Geological Map of the World among others. There are numerous smaller maps and illustrations within the text as well. Includes 139 pp. of text from well known authors including Charles Hitchcock, John Newberry and Henry Gannett. Hardbound in tan cloth covers.

Text and maps are generally very good with some light toning and occasional small spots. Spine and covers are somewhat worn and bumped.
