A delicately engraved small map of Anjou and the Loire River Valley naming scores of tiny villages with charming pictorial topography of mountains and trees. The map is embellished with an elegant strapwork title cartouche and a scale of miles cartouche. This is from the first edition, with Latin text on verso.
