This vellum indenture is the last will and testament of Thomas Collett of Bromsgrove in Worcester County, England who willed land in the nearby town of Droitwich to three heirs. There is a blue tax stamp with foil on each sheet, and is signed and sealed with red wax along the gutter.

The ink is very crisp and the text is quite legible with some light soiling and a few minor spots.
