Maps are in generally good condition with light toning, scattered foxing and occasional offsetting. The map of Fair Haven has a clean tear that extends 4" into the map image at left, and the last few pages of the atlas has some damp staining confined to the blank margins. Covers are worn, the spine has perished, and the front cover is detached.
