A very handsome map of the Danish Islands fully engraved to show mountains, forests and settlements. Includes the Swedish cities facing Copenhagen across the Oresund and fortresses of Helsingor and Helsingborg guarding the northern entrance to the Sund. The beautiful title cartouche fills the entire lower right corner with allegorical figures, cherubs, animals and the royal coat of arms. Engraved by Tobias Conrad Lotter.
