A fine, detailed map of the Lorraine region extending from Verdun in the north and south to Besancon. Embellished with two very decorative cartouches including an ecclesiastic theme in the title cartouche. The map is densely engraved with illustrated topography.

Nicely engraved with original outline color and a good impression. There are a couple minor spots in the map with light toning at centerfold.
