Fine, large map of southern Germany including Heidelberg, Augsburg, Stuttgart, Constance and Strassburg. Densely engraved with information and fortifications prominently shown. The map is decorated with a drape-style title cartouche and sixteen coats of arms of the region surrounded by putti.

Nice original color with a centerfold separation that enters 1/2" into map at bottom, a damp stain in top left corner, and two small holes in top left corner that have been closed on verso. Narrow left margin.
