This "cheeky" lithograph depicts a young man helping a woman learning to ride a bicycle. The work is by Jan Willem (Willy) Sluiter, a Dutch artist with an Impressionistic style similar to his idol, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. He is known for creating paintings, lithographs, and posters used in propaganda and advertising. Lithographed by Morks and Geuze in Dordrecht, the Netherlands.
