This lot includes two maps of Chicago and the surrounding area. The post-fire Chicago map displays good detail of streets, railroads, parks and wards. The second map shows the extensive railroad network converging on the city once Chicago had established itself as the central distribution hub of the nation. Both maps are surrounded by a decorative scroll border.
