Bold sea chart of the North Atlantic with the coasts of northern Ireland, northern Scotland, the Hebrides and Faroe Islands. Three large, very decorative compass roses orient the chart with north to the left. This is a Depot de la Marine issue with the seal and the price (Prix trente Sols) at bottom right.

A dark impression on heavy, watermarked paper with light offsetting and soiling and one small abrasion at far left.
