This attractive map of the Eastern Balkans is centered on Bulgaria and includes the Bosphorus and Constantinople. The Danube and its tributaries flow across the map and are the focal point. It is adorned with a strapwork title cartouche and a unique block-style distance scale in the opposite corner. Dutch text on verso.

Condition: B+

Wide, original margins with light text show-through and a few spots of foxing. There are minor damp stains along sheet edges, far from map.
