Finely engraved Ptolemaic map of eastern Libya and Egypt with numerous ancient place names. The interior is filled with mountains as well as some spurious lakes and rivers. Indigenous animals have been added to a blank region at lower left. Italian text on verso.

Ample margins with slight show-through of text on verso and light printer's ink residue.
