This map shows the preliminary design for the Monterey Peninsula Country Club, which opened in 1926. The layout includes hundreds of homes, the Shore Golf Course, Dune Golf Course, tennis courts, a trapshooting course and an open air theater to name a few of the features. An inset shows the country club’s footprint on the Monterey Peninsula. Issued by the Del Monte Properties Company. Only 1 copy of a larger version of this map is found on OCLC.
