Charming and detailed broadside map with "The Compliments of the American Investment Company Atoka, Indian Territory" printed in top margin. An advertising slogan within a Victorian-style border under the panhandle reads "High Grade First Mortgage Real Estate Loans." Oddly, some of the counties are listed only with numbers. For example county "Twenty Four" is McCurtain as it was in 1907. Details include railroads, towns, Indian reservations and roads. The state capital is located in Guthrie. An uncommon advertising broadside map.
