This handsome miniature map shows Sri Lanka with a few place names, mountains, rivers and forests. The Maldives are depicted as rectangular clusters of islands forming a long belt. The Maldives map is adorned with a ship, a spouting whale, and a giant crab. French text on verso.

A fine impression with a tiny printer's crease at top left and minor show-through of text on verso.
