Each is highly detailed showing coal deposits and the transportation network of roads, railroads and canals. The lot includes the following:

Extremely detailed on a scale of approximately 1.75 miles per inch, this map is centered on Mount Carmel showing much of the region covered with coal. The larger towns located are Bloomburg, Northcumberland, and Pottsville.
C. Map of Southern or Schuylkil Coal Basin (28.5 x 16.9"). The detailed map is centered on Pottsville and names North Lebanon, Sunbury and Hamburg.
