An appealing map of Lombardy centered on Milan, with the River Po below and Lake Como above. The map is filled with small towns and cities, and Milan is depicted with a miniature plan of the city. The map is adorned with an interesting strapwork title cartouche featuring a bull-headed river god. Dutch text on verso, published between 1642-48.

A fine impression with full original color, marginal soiling, and light damp stains confined to bottom blank margin.
