Attractive plan of the city of Kyoto when it was the capital of the country. The block pattern of the city is laid out and is encircled by the Kamo River. Engraved by Guillaume Dheulland and decorated by a compass rose with north oriented to the left.

Condition: A

Issued folding with very faint offsetting and a binding trim at right that has been replaced with old paper.
