Two very fine manuscript leaves from a Coptic-Arabic lectionary written in Egypt in the early part of the 17th century. The first sheet is embellished with superb Coptic decoration on both recto and verso. The text is written in two columns, Coptic with an Arabic translation, in black, red and yellow ink. These are very rare, museum quality leaves.
