A detailed pocket map of upstate New York, centered on the Adirondacks with Lake Champlain to the east. The Ogdensburg & Lake Champlain Railroad is prominently shown at top in black overprinting. Several other railroads are depicted and the rugged topography is graphically represented. Text surrounding the map instructs the reader that "this is the direct route between Niagara Falls, Thousand Islands, Adirondacks...and the Coast of Maine." Issued folding into pink paper wrappers (4 x 6").

A clean example, issued folding, with a few tiny splits at fold intersections. There is faint color offsetting in the top left corner from the pink paper wrappers. Front wrapper is present but detached, rear wrapper is absent.
