This handsome map of Valencia covers the coastline from Cartagena to Benicarlo with north oriented to the right. It is boldly accented with a sailing ship, sea monster, and a fully engraved moiré-patterned sea in which decorative title and distance scale cartouches float. French text on verso, published between 1628-33.

A strong impression on watermarked paper with wide margins. There are several printer's creases and minor soiling all confined to blank margins.
