Text and plates are very good with pleasant even-age toning and occasional scattered foxing. The hinges are starting but the covers are still very much intact. Covers are very good with a few scratches and abrasions and the back cover of Volume 2 has a 3 x 6" damp stain along the spine. A nice presentation example.
