This early map of the state of New Jersey shows watershed and topography, town names, and coastal features. The distance scale is in "American Miles." The area extends from the tip of Long Island, Manhattan to details of the shoals in Delaware Bay. Meridians from London and Philadelphia. Published by Thomas & Andrews and engraved by Samuel Hill.

Clean and bright. Backed in tissue to support several extraneous folds and a short tear that enters map border at bottom.
