This sheet, based on Braun & Hogenberg, shows two bird's-eye views on one sheet. At top is the city of Nocera Umbra, an ancient town in the province of Perugia. At bottom is Castelnuovo di Porto, just north of Rome, with the Palazzo Ducale rising above the city at left. This engraving was first published in Blaeu's town book of Italy in 1663, and later republished by Pierre Mortier in 1704 and 1705.
