It is filled with scores of place names, details of the Persian Gulf, and charming pictorial detail of topography and cities. The Caspian Sea is given a horizontal oval shape. Attractive color on watermarked paper with very light toning, a few tiny abrasions in the Caspian Sea, marginal soiling, and professional repairs to a tiny tear near the center of the map and a small worm track along the centerfold towards the bottom.
