This simplified map of the world shows the continental outlines with major countries and cities. North America is noted as the dominion of New Britain, Canada, United States, Louisiana, and New Mexico. The discoveries of Captain Cook are illustrated in Alaska, Australia, and New Zealand, and it shows Owhyhee where Captain Cook was killed. New Guinea is partly outlined. Engraved by B. Baker.
