This map of colonial India covers present-day India, Bangladesh and Burma and is delineated by district. It is color-coded to show British territory in red, states under British protection in green, and independent states in yellow. A large table located in the Bay of Bengal details the date each district was acquired, its size, and from whom it was acquired. Published by G.B. Whitaker in London.

Issued folding and now flattened and backed with tissue. There is offsetting and light toning along two folds.
