This pocket map of the state is printed on thin, banknote-style paper. Colored by county, it shows the evolving railroad network, cities and towns, canals and drainage. Includes an inset of the southern portion of the state which includes a "contemplated extension" of the South Florida Railroad to Fort Poinsett. The map appears to be identical to the atlas version with page numbers 39 and 40 along the top margin. Folds into maroon cloth covered boards with several pages of advertisement and population statistics.
