This handsome map delineates counties and locates towns and cities, railroads, proposed works, canals, and more. A table beneath the title lists the counties of Massachusetts and Rhode Island with the populations for each. There is an inset plan of Boston at bottom left with twenty sites of interest identified.

Original color with faint scattered foxing, marginal toning, and a couple of short edge tears in the blank margins, one of which has been closed with archival tape.
