A scarce double-page edition of this map with lovely original color showing early surveying, railroads, reservation lands, mines and topography. There are numerous place names, military camps, forts and the proposed routes of the Southern Pacific and Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe railroads meander across the map. An elegant strapwork border surrounds the map.
