This promotional pocket map shows the basic street grid pattern of Fernandina Beach, northeast of Jacksonville. Text below the map touts the city's economic viability, facilitated by the Fernandina Development Co. which "will give you the opportunity to buy City lots, truck and farm lands at the Lowest Prices." Illustrations surround the map including Fort Clince, Nassau County Courthouse, and Egmont Hotel. Advertisements on verso. Folds into tan paper wrappers (2.8 x 6").
