It features two maps of the area including "Map of All Points of Interest Within Four Miles of the Catskill Mountain House" (26.5 x 14.4") which shows topography, rivers, lakes, roads, property owners, and "Rip Van Winkle's House." The second is entitled "Map of Greene Co. NY...The Great Summer Resort Among the Catskills" (13.5 x 8.5"). Overall the contents are very good with light toning. The larger map has faint offsetting and some archival repairs along the folds as well as a few unrepaired fold separations. The smaller, colored map is near fine. Light soiling to covers.
