This map of Barbados was published in the Philadelphia edition of Edwards' work on the West Indies. The island is divided into parishes, and various plantations, sugar works, and roads are identified. Bryan Edwards (1743-1800), was a prominent merchant and politician who resided in Jamaica and traded in the West Indies for many years. Engraved by Tanner.
