Splendid map of Tuscany based on the regional map of Giralomo Bellarmati. The map extends to include Rome in the lower right corner. It is richly embellished with an ornate title cartouche and a variety of ships. Latin text on verso.

Condition: A

A crisp impression on watermarked paper with attractive color. There are faint damp stains at top, several small worm holes at bottom, and an archivally repaired tear at right, all confined to the blank margins.
