This uncommon sheet includes bird's-eye plans and views of eight coastal cities in Sicily, including Palermo, Catania, Siracusa, Messina, Milazzo, Augusta, Trapani, and Agrigento. Soundings, rocks, and safe anchorages are shown along the coast. These views are typically found printed on the same sheet as a large map of Sicily printed from a separate plate, entitled Nieuwe Afteekening van het Eyland en Koninkryk Sicilia.
