Includes three full page maps at the end of the text showing the railroad network in the western United States, the Pacific Northwest, and Alaska respectively. The text is augmented by numerous photographic illustrations, including several full page, of the region's natural attractions. Bound in stiff green paper wrappers with gilt title and illustration on front cover.
