This handsome and uncommon map depicts Norway extending too far to the west. The map is filled with lakes, rivers, miniature mountains, and several dozen place names. The attractive cartouche features a shipmate holding two anchors, a merchant with an armful of furs, and a lynx or wolf.

References:

Condition: B+

A dark impression issued folding with light toning and offsetting. There are damp stains along the bottom edge of the sheet, not affecting image.
