This is the first edition of this invaluable reference. It is a check-list of maps and charts published separately, as well as those used in books, pamphlets, atlases, gazetteers, almanacs, and periodicals. Hardbound in blue cloth with gilt titles and an illustrated dust jacket in a protective Mylar sleeve.

Contents and covers very good with just a hint of toning along the outer edges of some pages and very minor wear to the covers' edges. Previous owner's book plate appears on the inner front cover.
