This is the Dutch version of this detailed Revolutionary War map. It centers on Philadelphia and covers the field of operations in 1776 and 1777, with the positions of English and American forces. The map includes Princeton, Wilmington, and Burlington. It depicts from the Rariton River (New Brunswick) in New Jersey to Elk Head (Elkton) in Maryland with great detail of the army positions, forts, roads, town, and taverns. Engraved by Veelwaard.

A nice impression issued folding on paper with a "D&C Blauw" watermark, a few small light stains, a touch of foxing along a fold at left, and a binding trim at bottom right with a tiny binding tear.
