This striking sheet features a large area for the list of maps, which is blank in this example, with no pastedown sheet as normally found. Embellished with mythological scenes and figures, including Atlas supporting a globe, Zeus, the angel of Fame, and Neptune. At bottom is a view of a large library with scholars and explorers gathered around a table with a globe and atlases.

A dark, crisp impression with minor creasing and several chips along the edges of the sheet, well away from the image.
