This map of Hispaniola extends to include the Turks & Caicos Islands and the tip of Cuba. Detail is confined primarily to the coasts with a number of towns, rivers, and an ancient fort. To the west is a lagoon that is noted as filled with fish, alligators, and sharks. The map is adorned with a unique bull's-eye styled compass rose.
