This real estate promotional map was published by E.F. Fisk around the turn of the 20th century. It shows the street grid pattern of Scarsdale with individual lots stamped as either "for sale" or "sold." The Harlem Railroad is prominently shown at bottom, with the Scarsdale Station identified in the left corner. A small inset above the title shows the relative position of Scarsdale to Grand Central Station, catering to those commuters working in the city. Self-folding, the verso contains additional promotional messaging stating that the properties are "very conveniently and desirably located" only 750 from the train station.
