The map is filled with detail, extending west to Lake Como and south to Bologna. Adorned with title and distance scale cartouches, and engraved by Petrus Kaerius (Pieter van den Keere). This map only appeared in the 1648 and 1651 German editions of Jansson's Atlas Minor, and is therefore very rare. German text on verso.
