This map depicts the eastern coastline of Somalia, Kenya, Tanzania, and the northern end of Mozambique. There is a bit of inland detail in present-day Ethiopia, here called Abissinie and Galles Orientaux. The map extends to include the northern tip of Madagascar and several nearby islands in the Indian Ocean. Engraved by Andre.
