This large map of Asia features detail of major cities, political boundaries, rivers, and mountains. The map extends south to include parts of Sumatra and Borneo, and the western coastline of Alaska and the Aleutian islands appear at top right. The map is surrounded by an elegant keyboard-style border. An original embossed stamp from Charles Picquet, publisher and successor to Brue, is above the distance scale at lower left.
