This small map shows the entire east coast of Florida as well as Cuba, Haiti and the Bahamas. The line of the Florida East Coast Railway is prominently depicted in red overprinting with information pertaining to various settlements and hotels along the route shown alt left. The railway ends in Miami and is described as "Miami, the future Metropolis of Florida...Lots for rich and poor...Lands capable of raising tropical fruits." The verso contains additional hotel information. The map is still attached to the 32 page promotional brochure filled with illustrations, informative text and a hotel listing. Title page indicates it was published "for the season of 1900-1901."

The map is clean, bright, and in near fine condition. The brochure is internally clean and tight with covers only lightly worn.
