This colorful and highly detailed pocket map from the Powers Land & Loan Co. folds into original red paper covers tilted "Map of Oklahoma and Ind. Ter." The titling is held within a Roman column, with additional marketing text on back cover. The map itself is a great land promotional piece that uses extensive overprinting in red to promote the virtues of the region, noting how many acres are to be sold. Around the map's margins: "Lawton has no Equal in the World…"; "Comanche County has more Springs and Timber Lined Streams…" and more. Printed on fine banknote-style paper. Index on verso lists towns and cites with population.
